The Cerny Method
Talk about production method is always a good theme for diner. I love to think on these terms. Usually the discussion starts with someone showing the advantages of Scrum over Waterfall. Suddenly, someone argues about the moments where waterfall works better and, finally, someone goes deeper and talk about Kanban, weird agile methods and hybrid-methods.
I like this debate but never was able to conclude a thing about it. There's only one talk that I totally agree. It's not against any method but, instead, completes all methods: The Cerny Method.
But why not see the original presentation by Mark Cerny himself? (old but gold)
